Description

The preservation of the authentic Islamic 'aqidah (creed), free from all innovation, superstition, incorrect interpretation, and denial, was of paramount significance to the pious forebears both practically and theoretically. By instructing, writing, conversing, and debating, they achieved this.

Imäm Ab Ja'far At-The Tahawi's Creed of At-Tahawi is regarded as one of the best books on the subject (d. 321 A.H.). Considering its small size, it is an extremely precise and accurate text. It covers both the most pressing challenges and the foundational tenets of belief.

The renowned scholar 'Ali Ibn Abi Al-'Izz Al-Dimashqi Al-(792 Hanafi's A.H.) commentary on this work has attained high reputation; his explanation is sufficient and written in simple terms.

This is due to the fact that it includes the actual creed of the Ahl as-Sunnah wa al-Jma'ah. This work has attained a high status in the history of Islamic publications. It has served as the primary resource for 'aqidah and has gotten special attention from Ahl as-Sunnah wa al-Jama'ah scholars and leaders.
