Some of our works consist of series of books of various well known Islamic authorities of the early period of Islam, to name a few Imam Ibn Jawzi, Imam Ibn Taymiyyah, Imam Ibn Qayyuim and Imam Ibn Rajab.

Darassunnah has produced translations of works of great importance to the Islamic faith both from classical sources of Islamic heritage and works of contemporary authors.  All of our publications have an over arching principle of carrying the message of the Qur’an and the tradition of the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessing be upon him), which has been at the centre of our published works, from the very beginning.  With this balanced approach in mind we hope to develop an understanding of Islam to Muslims and non-Muslims alike, as well academics and those undertaking Islamic studies in various educational institutions though out the world.

Over the years we have keenly focused on Classical works from early Islamic history.  Some of our published works are over a thousand years old, which are key Islamic texts from the early Islamic period, which at times is referred to as the gold age of Islam.

Our aim has been to publish high quality works that will enhance the spiritual, educational and social needs of the English speaking world and to contribute to the intellectual discourse on Islam and early Islamic civilisation, covering a wide range of different Islamic sciences and disciplines.
