A 'believer'  is that individual who submits to the Creator: Allah (SWT).
This person is defined as being a 'Muslim'.

A Muslim is placed on Earth for a short time in order to worship and obey their Creator. They are given a 'life manual' in the form of the Qur'an and Ahadith.
